The Collesi estates include over one hundred acres of land on the back of the Umbria and Marche Appennino mountains at Apecchio, in the province of Pesaro-Urbino. Collesi uses only its own barley and water from the nearby source of Monte Nero, thus a beer unique.

Ingredients:

Water from Monte Nero, barley malt, sugar, hops, yeast.

Production Method:

Craft beer unpasteurized blond high fermentation.
Its natural fermentation in the bottle gives it a rich, creamy foam very fine-grained.

Alcohol:

6.0% Vol

Characteristics:

Beer characterized by strong hints of hop flowers, malt and fruity with aromas of fresh yeast, vanilla, honey and hot crusty bread.

Pairings:

Combine with pasta dishes, or fish.

Serving temperature:

7-8 ° C.
