Mandranova is famous for the production of olive oil exported around the world. The olive grove extends in an area where the quality of the soil and climate are favorable.

There are about 12,000 olive plants of different varieties: the typical cultivar of the territory, such as Ogliarola, Passalunara, Tunna and Biancuzza, and the younger plants, cultivars Nocellara Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola.
Extra virgin olive Mandranova is a cold pressed olive "Nocellara Belice", "Biancolilla" and "Cerasuolo" coming exclusively from the company.
Oil has an intense fruity flavor and communicates pleasant sensations of grass, artichoke and tomato.
It is considered a high value oil, suitable as salad dressing or for vegetable soups and grilled meat. It has low acidity and is high in antioxidants, healthy for the body, allowing a long life of the product.
The farm is located in an old barn, now converted into a luxury resort.
The house still has large stone fireplaces, tiled floors, high ceilings and rooms decorated with great attention to detail.
