Mouton Cadet Blanc is the result of the strict selection of grapes planted on the best land in white grapes of the region Bordeaux Entre-Deux-Mers.
The Entre-Deux-Mers region, that extends from the confluence of the Garonne river to the west of the Dordogne to the limit of the Lot-et-Garonne to the east, consists of a large layer of limestone with a surface deeply furrowed and indented valleys. The rich soil and clay-limestone with predominantly supports the white grape varieties.

Mouton Cadet Blanc is the result of a blend of noble grapes:
50% Sémillon adds finesse and roundness, 40% Sauvignon gives fresh aromas, fruity and floral notes, 10% Muscadelle provides the aromatic character pronounced.

Winemaking:
Vinified in Saint-Laurent-Médoc the grapes, after an initial cold maceration that best promotes the extraction of aromatics, followed by pressing and sfangatura. Then, to preserve all the finesse of the aromas, the fermentation is conducted at a controlled temperature under 20 ° C.

Characteristics:
A nice bright color and alive with shades of pale gold, Mouton Cadet Blanc nose develops a great aromatic richness with predominant notes of citrus and tropical fruit, highlighted by an elegant touch of green broom. Very sweet in the mouth offers an explosion of ripe fruit such as grapefruit, mango and fresh apricot. The finish is rich and very expressive, let the ripe fruit enrichment charming and roundness.
